Workshop: The mosquito coil need clean, dry and well ventilated warehouse. Avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures or humidity ranges has the added benefit of preserving burning performance, product strength and stability of the active ingredients.

Use Moisture-Resistant Packaging

We use Sealed inner bags (moisture-proof and anti-moth) & durable moisture-proof carton to prevent Mosquito coil from being damp in storage or transportation. They also aid in preventing deformity and prolonged shelf life by maintaining the quality of the product.

Be Gentle With Your Products

The mosquito coiling is the most fragile, handle with care during loading and unloading warehouse. Do not stack cartons too high, or put too much weight on them, as this will result in cracking and product damage.

Optimize Container Loading and Palletizing

Strong pallets, stretch wrap and good carton stacking increases the stability of a load in transit. When properly loaded into containers, items are not only kept as organized as possible to reduce movement and vibration, but breakage from impact can also be minimized while the container is en route for long distances.

Follow FIFO Inventory Management

Using the First-In, First-Out or FIFO shipping method would help ship older products first vs. more recently produced inventory. Together with routine inspections in the warehouse, this ensures that every coil is of quality standard and that customers get their mosquito coils at its best quality.
