Strict Raw Material Inspection
Quality control starts with the raw materials. Before entering the manufacturing process, however, factories need to inspect wood powder, plant fibers, binders, active ingredients and other additives to ensure they meet production specifications.
Standardized Production Process
Automatic mixing, molding and drying systems help keep the product at a constant dimension, density, and moisture content. Standardized production ensures consistency of the product by minimizing batch-to-batch variation.
Comprehensive Performance Testing
Testing for smoke, burning time (or burn rate), burning stability, coil strength and mosquito-repellent capacity on each production batch. All products failing to meet quality standards are weeded out prior to shipment.
Continuous In-Process Quality Monitoring
Quality inspectors routinely check important production indicators, including mixing ratios of various raw materials, pressing pressure, and drying temperature during the manufacturing process, as well as product appearance. By finding production issues early, we can detect defects in the manufacturing process before they impact quality and improve efficiency.
Last Inspection before Packing and Export
Finished mosquito coils then pass through a final quality check where we confirm color, dimension, packaging material and overall performance. This means that each and every shipment complies with customer specifications as well as international quality standards for exports.
