Grade 3: Cold resistance grade (1. Cold resistance 20 degrees, 2. Cold resistance 15 degrees, 3. Cold resistance 10 degrees.) Grade 4: Fiber addition grade (1. Fiber addition 30%, 2. Fiber addition 20%, 3. Fiber addition 15%.)
Grade 4: Drawing grade (1. Over 250 mesh, 200 mesh, 100 mesh, 80 mesh, 60 mesh.)
Class 6: Fire class (1. Fire V0 Fire V2.)
PRODUCT MATERIALS
1. PP impact-resistant recycled material: impact-resistant and cold-resistant, good impact resistance, high fluidity, high gloss, good toughness, and impact resistance; among them, the white background of the special-grade material is transparent and has very few black spots, which can be used as a substitute for new materials. ; The PP materials produced are mainly used for: injection molding, extrusion, wire drawing, etc.; applicable products are: electrical enclosures, chemical barrels, daily necessities, sheets, packing belts and plastic modification and other products;

PP wire drawing recycled material: there are ordinary injection molding grade, high light impact resistant environmental protection grade, wire drawing grade (over 250 mesh) and extrusion grade hollow board special material; Applicable products: handles, table legs, trash cans, sports equipment, Trays, plastic baskets, electrical enclosures, etc.;
3. PP fiber-reinforced fire-resistant modified material is suitable for various high-grade injection molding products;
Features: Propylene is a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless milky white crystalline polymer with high crystallinity and regular structure, so it has excellent mechanical properties. Its yield, stretch, compressive strength, hardness and elasticity are higher than HDPE. Its melting point is 164~170 degrees, and the products can be sterilized at temperatures above 100 degrees. The chemical stability of polypropylene is very good. In addition to being corroded by concentrated nitric acid, it is relatively stable to other chemical reagents. QUALITY STANDARD

2. First-class high pressure material
①No submerged material.
② The raw material is translucent, with good gloss, and the color is slightly white or light gray.
③ Melting point: about 165 ℃, no infusible material and other impurities after melting.
④The combustion smells of petroleum, the flame is yellow, basically no carbon black is precipitated, the color of the molten material is basically the same as that of the raw material, and the ash content is less than or equal to 1%.
3. Secondary high pressure material
①No submerged material.
②The raw material is waxy, with a little transparency, good gloss, and the color is white or light gray or light yellow.
③The melting point is about 165°C, and impurities can be identified with the naked eye after melting.
④The combustion smells of petroleum, the flame is yellow at first, then carbon black is precipitated, a little black smoke is emitted, and finally there is a little black residue, and the ash content is less than or equal to 5%.
4. Three-stage high pressure material
①No submerged material.
②The raw material is waxy, glossy, transparent, and the color is gray, yellow, light blue, etc.
③The melting point is about 165°C, and impurities can be identified with the naked eye after melting.
④The burning smell of petroleum, the flame is light yellow, there is a little black smoke, the residue is black, and the ash content is less than or equal to 8%.
5. Four-stage high pressure material
①No submerged material.
② The raw material has a waxy feeling, poor gloss, black, yellow, etc., and no transparency.
③The melting point is about 165°C, the color is darker after melting, and it is difficult to distinguish infusibles such as carbon black, but there may be small infusibles.
④The burning smell of petroleum, the flame is light yellow, there is a little black smoke, the residue is black, and the ash content is less than or equal to 10%.
